Conditions of Booking
All accomodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of deposit, and at the tariffs applicable according to season.
Meal timesare pre-arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken.
Rooms must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests' property unless handed in for safe keeping.
Accounts must be paid for before departure and cheques can only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made to allow for bank clearance.
In the event of cancellation or curtailment , should the accomodation not be re-let, the person whose booked the accomodation will be liable to pay the full cost of the reservation, less an allowance for food and service.
Deposits are NOT REFUNDABLE
The proprietors reserve the right to ammend, curtail or terminate any contrat should the conduct of any person who is part to that contractcause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests.
When booking your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract and it is ecommended that you take out holiday insurance cover.
First night in full is required as deposit on any booking and is not refundable.
Telephone bookings are in the eyes of the law in the UK a legally binding contract once entered into with penalties for cancellation being required by either party.
Failure to complete the transaction by deposit not being paid within 14 days will result in loss of the booked holiday accomodation.
